In 2016 Renew Coaching and Consulting received an International Coach Federation (ICF) Saskatchewan Chapter Prism Award for developing leadership competencies at Active Saskatchewan, a Not-for-Profit organization.

Active Saskatchewan launched an executive coaching and team building process to help achieve the following outcomes:

  • Enhanced confidence, leadership and effectiveness of management.

  • Align staff performance to organizational outcomes

  • Build a strong and confident team

  • Increase productivity with a decreased staff capacity 

Executive Coaching was delivered concurrently with a program on Leadership Development and Team Coaching. “This process enhanced our competencies in many areas,” says Executive Director Cathie Kryzanowski. “These included self-awareness, team effectiveness, enhanced performance and engagement.”
